Program Guidelines
Everything you need to know before applying to Free Fifteen.
Free Fifteen is designed to make working with Theresa Santa simple, transparent, and enjoyable. The guidelines below explain what's included, how the program works, and what you can expect throughout the process.
1. Eligibility
Free Fifteen is designed as an introduction to working together and is generally available to first-time clients. Participation is typically limited to one complimentary project per client or company. If you're representing a different agency, production company, or organization, requests may be considered based on the project and program availability.
2. What's Included
Each approved Free Fifteen project includes:

One professionally recorded commercial voiceover

Up to 15 seconds (approximately 40 words)

One project type (TV, Radio, or Digital)

One language (English, Spanish (LATAM), or Bilingual)

Three months of usage rights
-
Live-directed or self-directed recording
3. Project Approval
Submitting a project does not guarantee acceptance into the Free Fifteen program.
Each submission is personally reviewed to ensure it aligns with the program guidelines and Theresa's availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing:

A final approved script

Accurate usage information

Clear pronunciation guidance for uncommon names, brands, or terminology

Any required creative direction before recording begins
5. Scheduling
Live-directed sessions are scheduled after project approval. Every effort is made to accommodate preferred scheduling whenever possible.
6. Delivery
Self-directed recordings are typically delivered within 48 hours. Live-directed projects are scheduled based on mutual availability.
7. Revisions
Free Fifteen includes one professionally recorded performance based on the approved script. If a script changes after recording, additional versions or expanded deliverables will be quoted separately.
8. Scope
Free Fifteen is intended as an introduction to Theresa Santa's professional voiceover services.
If your project requires additional deliverables, extended usage, multiple versions, or falls outside these guidelines, you're still welcome to apply. If it's a good fit, a custom quote will be provided.
9. Ownership & Usage Rights
Clients retain ownership of the scripts and creative materials they provide.
Theresa Santa grants a license to use the completed voice recording only for the agreed project, usage term, and deliverables.
Any additional usage, versions, or licensing require a separate agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Theresa Santa may include completed recordings in her professional portfolio, demo reels, website, or marketing materials. Confidential or unreleased projects will always be respected and excluded when requested or subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
10. AI & Synthetic Voice Policy
Your Free Fifteen recording is licensed solely for the agreed project and usage term.
It may not be used to create, train, clone, synthesize, or replicate Theresa Santa's voice using artificial intelligence or similar technologies without Theresa Santa's prior written consent.
11. Right to Decline
Every project is personally reviewed.
Theresa may decline projects that do not align with her professional services or brand, or are simply not the right fit. If that happens, you'll be notified promptly.
12. Availability
Free Fifteen is offered based on availability. Theresa may modify, pause, or discontinue the program at any time.
13. Privacy
Information submitted through the Free Fifteen application is used solely for project communication and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
